A beautiful setting of John 14:27 and 18 (KJV) for SSAATTBB choir with piano accompaniment. Appropriate for general worship services or as a stand alone concert piece. Moderately difficult, performable by advanced high school choirs and college concert choirs. With standard voice ranges, the work starts very peacefully, crescendos and becomes intensely dramatic in the a cappella mid section with a return to the earlier peaceful feeling in the final bars. |
